Dan Osborn Campaign Weekly Wrap-Up ELECTION WEEK
Dear Supporters,
This is going to be quite the finale to what has been a hard-fought race. I am incredibly proud of the work this campaign has done. It shouldn’t be possible for a shop floor mechanic to beat the son of a billionaire, but right now the polls are effectively tied. We are down to the margin of effort, and it is more important now than ever to have a voting plan. If you are willing and able, there has never been a more critical need for volunteers than right now. If you can knock doors or make phone calls, please reach out to one of our field offices or sign up on Osbornforsenate.com.

Last week we FINISHED our 93-County tour. It has been the honor of my lifetime to visit all 93 counties of Nebraska and hear from Nebraskans directly. I want to extend a huge thank you to all the supporters who came out to see for themself what I had to say, instead of relying on attack ads and AI jingles. I also want to thank all the venues, restaurants, and hotels we stayed in along the way. Nebraskan nice isn’t just a slogan, and there are some stellar restaurants tucked away in Nebraska’s towns.
See the highlight video of our last stop here.
We also had a terrific event with Rachael Nelson, Joe Walsh, Ro Khanna, and Marc Racicot. Being able to bring together such prominent names from across the aisle for a civil discussion aimed at actually solving problems was an incredible accomplishment for the campaign.

We have to keep pushing forward, all the way through the finish line. Every door knocked, every call made when phone banking, and every conversation with a neighbor counts. Together we can show what a real grassroots movement can do, and show Pete Ricketts Nebraska is Not For Sale.

VOLUNTEER - NEEDED NOW MORE THAN EVER
In 2024, Dan came unbelievably close to winning this seat. This year, Nebraska has once again attracted national attention as one of 2026’s most hotly contested races.
That’s why we need YOUR help to make sure that every voter in Nebraska has the chance to hear Dan’s message. We might not have the billionaire special interests on our side, but we have something more powerful: the hardworking people of the Cornhusker State.
The most important action you can take is to reach out to your fellow Nebraskans by knocking doors. Even if you only have a few hours a week, every door counts. Click HERE to sign up for your first shift! This weekend, canvasses will be launched across the state over the next 4 days.
If you can’t canvass for us (again, the MOST important thing you can do to support the campaign), or if you want to double up on volunteer opportunities, Team Dan also offers phonebanks every evening – except for Friday or Monday – from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (except for Cornhusker game days – then it will be from 2-4!). Put on your comfiest clothes, pour a cup of tea, and come hang out with us. Sign up https://www.mobilize.us/osbornforsenate/?event_type=2.
Finally, if none of these options appeal to you, feel free to come attend one of our Volunteer Gatherings, where you can socialize with your friends, make yard signs, organize your neighbors, phonebank in person, and more!
Finally, be sure to take a look at our upcoming events calendar. We are proud to represent working Nebraskans, and always excited to meet the people who make this state great.
Fundraising
October is when most people are paying attention, so we need to keep our foot on the gas. When it comes to our 93-county tour, that’s pretty literal. We need to keep gas in the car so we can hit every corner of Nebraska and keep campaigning the right way. Ricketts is able to call on the party political machine and large corporations for millions more dollars on demand. We have to rely on you. If you are willing and able to donate to help us get this race over the finish line, please do so HERE.
Thank you.
In the News
We have been in the local news across the state through the whole cycle, including in these last few weeks. Check out the headlines in this video. Thank you to all the local reporters who came out to our events this year and made sure that their communities knew the Osborn campaign was coming through.
The Guardian published an article about the wave of prairie populism running through the midwest.
Dan shared his plan to get diesel prices down on MSNOW.
He also joined CNN, from the world’s largest railyard in North Platte while out on the trail.
On Social Media
Check out this clip from our cross-party town hall on Facebook. Or this image about Dan’s favorite, Nebraska-based salad dressing.
On X, Pete Ricketts loves data centers. Really, REALLY loves them.
On Instagram… Well, one of your younger staffers made this video. Our older staffers don’t really get it, but the message is perfect regardless of generation; every vote counts.
