Osborn Campaign Weekly-Wrap Up October 10
Dear Supporters,
This week, we hit the road again and did town halls in Northeast Nebraska on Sunday, before heading up to Tekamah Friday night. On the way back from Tekamah, we also stopped in Blair and spoke with some local Republicans. Thanks to Don Harrold of the Washington County Enterprise for hosting, and the Blair Classic Cafe for opening their doors after hours. We always appreciate the opportunity to hear from people who have different perspectives, because I am running to be a senator for all Nebraskans.

In the last few years, we have done over 300 public events. I am consistently humbled by the stories I hear across our great state. Every place we have been has been gracious and welcoming.

Herbie joined us for our town hall this Friday. Our Cornhuskers will be the showcase game for the B10 this week when Indiana comes to town. I can’t wait to see our guys represent our state on the national stage against a quality opponent, and show the world what we can do. In Nebraska, we are used to being underdogs. Go Big Red!!

As we look forward to the coin toss of the big game, this week a poll showed a coin toss also best describes our race. We’ve known the whole time this race was going to be down to the wire, and this poll only confirms that. We have about a month left of this race. We have to keep pushing forward, all the way through the finish line. Every door knocked, every call made when phone banking, and every conversation with a neighbor counts. Together we can show what a real grassroots movement can do, and show Pete Ricketts Nebraska is Not For Sale.

This week, we also got endorsed by the National Security Leaders for America. Check out the World Herald’s coverage.
We had a busy week in front of the camera! Check out our national media run on Fox News, MS NOW, and CNN.
On Social Media
How many degrees removed from Jeffrey Epstein is Pete Ricketts? Find out on Instagram. While you’re there, check out the difference between Dan and Pete’s integrity score, featuring Stocking the Capitol.
On Facebook, you can find more information on our latest poll. You can also see more about our National Security Leaders for America endorsement.
On X, check out a new hype video in case you need a bit of motivation in the final weeks. If you’ve lost count of how many times Ricketts has voted against ending the Iran War, we’ve got that there too.
Fundraising
October is when most people are paying attention, so we need to keep our foot on the gas. When it comes to our 93-county tour, that’s pretty literal. We need to keep gas in car so we can hit every corner of Nebraska and keep campaigning the right way. Ricketts is able to call on the Republican political machine and large corporations for millions more dollars on demand. We have to rely on you. If you are willing and able to donate to help us get this race over the finish line, please do so HERE.
Thank you.
Volunteer Asks
In 2024, Dan came unbelievably close to winning this seat. This year, Nebraska has once again attracted national attention as one of 2026’s most hotly contested races.
That’s why we need YOUR help to make sure that every voter in Nebraska has the chance to hear Dan’s message. We might not have the billionaire special interests on our side, but we have something more powerful: the hardworking people of the Cornhusker State.
The most important action you can take is to reach out to your fellow Nebraskans by knocking doors. Even if you only have a few hours a week, every door counts. Click HERE to sign up for your first shift! This weekend, canvasses will be launched in:
Kearney
Lincoln
West Omaha
Omaha Campaign HQ
Richardson
Beatrice
Columbus
Fremont
Lyons
If you can’t canvass for us (again, the MOST important thing you can do to support the campaign), or if you want to double up on volunteer opportunities, Team Dan also offers phonebanks every evening – except for Friday or Monday – from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (except for Cornhusker game days – then it will be from 2-4!). Put on your comfiest clothes, pour a cup of tea, and come hang out with us. Sign up https://www.mobilize.us/osbornforsenate/?event_type=2.
Finally, if none of these options appeal to you, feel free to come attend one of our Volunteer Gatherings, where you can socialize with your friends, make yard signs, organize your neighbors, phonebank in person, and more!
Finally, be sure to take a look at our upcoming events calendar. We are proud to represent working Nebraskans, and always excited to meet the people who make this state great.
