Osborn Campaign Weekly Wrap-Up October 2
Dear Supporters,
This was a big week for the campaign. We took a trip to Red Cloud because it was the right thing to do. We want to offer a big thank you to the people of Red Cloud for coming out and speaking with us. When we want to learn about ranching, we talk to ranchers. When we want to talk about healthcare, we talk to doctors and nurses. When we want to learn how we can best serve the town of Red Cloud, Nebraska, we go to Red Cloud. We want to thank the folks who joined us for coming in good faith and having that important conversation.

From Sioux County to South Sioux City, I will be accountable to all Nebraskans not only as a candidate, but as a Senator.

Last Saturday, we attended the NAACP Freedom Fund banquet. It was great to get to Lincoln and join community leaders for a great cause.

We also put out a new ad this week, featuring my dad! He may not have been able to buy me a baseball team, but he instilled in me the values that I am going to bring to the United States Senate so I can fight for everyday Nebraskans.

We have about a month left of this race. We have to keep pushing forward, all the way through the finish line. Every door knocked, every call made when phone banking, and every conversation with a neighbor counts. Together we can show what a real grassroots movement can do, and show Pete Ricketts Nebraska is Not For Sale.

End of Quarter Fundraising (UPDATE)
Thank you everyone for your generosity in our end of quarter polling. We were able to hit our goal and then some. We can’t thank you enough for keeping gas in our car as we continue our 93-county tour. We have some of the best supporters out there.
That being said, we still have a month to go. This is when most people are paying attention, so we need to keep our foot on the gas. Ricketts is able to call on the Republican political machine and large corporations for millions more dollars. We have to rely on you.If you are willing and able to donate to help us get this race over the finish line, please do so HERE.
Thank you.
In the News
We took a trip to KFAB to talk to former Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert on her radio show. We got to debut a demo of a new song that we will be releasing soon.
Juan Salinas of the Examiner came down to Red Cloud to catch our town hall, but also took a tour of the town and saw what people had to say.
The Hill points out that John Thune seems to think “embattled” Pete Ricketts isn’t in a very strong position.

Ricketts did actually do an interview with CNN. It didn’t inspire confidence.

Volunteer Asks
In 2024, Dan came unbelievably close to winning this seat. This year, Nebraska has once again attracted national attention as one of 2026’s most hotly contested races.
That’s why we need YOUR help to make sure that every voter in Nebraska has the chance to hear Dan’s message. We might not have the billionaire special interests on our side, but we have something more powerful: the hardworking people of the Cornhusker State.
The most important action you can take is to reach out to your fellow Nebraskans by knocking doors. Even if you only have a few hours a week, every door counts. Click HERE to sign up for your first shift! This weekend, canvasses will be launched in:
Kearney
Lincoln
West Omaha
Omaha Campaign HQ
Richardson
Beatrice
Columbus
Fremont
Lyons
If you can’t canvass for us (again, the MOST important thing you can do to support the campaign), or if you want to double up on volunteer opportunities, Team Dan also offers phonebanks every evening – except for Friday or Monday – from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (except for Cornhusker game days – then it will be from 2-4!). Put on your comfiest clothes, pour a cup of tea, and come hang out with us. Sign up https://www.mobilize.us/osbornforsenate/?event_type=2.
Finally, if none of these options appeal to you, feel free to come attend one of our Volunteer Gatherings, where you can socialize with your friends, make yard signs, organize your neighbors, phonebank in person, and more!
Finally, be sure to take a look at our upcoming events calendar. We are proud to represent working Nebraskans, and always excited to meet the people who make this state great.
